QuickBooks Online Training Series Session 2: Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Topics Covered: Customer invoicing, receiving payments, vendor bills, paying expenses, and managing outstanding balances
This session is designed to help participants effectively manage the money coming into and going out of their businesses using QuickBooks Online (QBO). Participants will learn how to create and track customer invoices, record payments, manage vendor bills, and monitor outstanding balances. We will explore essential accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows in a hands-on environment.

This QuickBooks Hybrid Training provides participants with the essential skills needed to manage accounts payable and track business expenses. Topics include setting up vendors, entering and paying bills, scheduling payments, applying vendor credits, tracking outstanding balances, reviewing accounts payable reports, and maintaining accurate vendor and payment records.
