QuickBooks Online Training Series Session 1: QuickBooks Online Fundamentals

Topics Covered: Company setup, subscription options, banking, check processing, and account reconciliation

This introductory session is designed to provide users with a strong foundation in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Participants will learn how to navigate the platform, understand the differences between QBO subscription levels, and select the version that best fits their business needs. We will explore the system's core features and workflows in a hands-on environment.

Key Topics Include:

  • Overview of QuickBooks Online navigation and dashboard
  • Review of QBO subscription levels using the Comparison Chart
  • Company settings and user access management
  • Connecting and managing ban and credit card accounts
  • Understanding bank feeds and transaction imports
  • Recording and printing checks
  • Categorizing bank transactions efficiently
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Best practices for maintaining accurate financial records

Topics include navigating the platform, selecting a subscription, managing company settings, connecting bank and credit card accounts, processing checks, categorizing transactions, completing reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
