Keep your eyes on the bullseye! Business goals can be a moving target! Are you having difficulty in reaching your business goals? Staying with your plans? Even knowing why, you are in business. Don’t fret, many new business owners feel the same way. Due to the changing economic environment and societal changes, the goals you may have set are no longer viable today.

In this 1-hour training, you will learn common sense methods in working and adjusting your goals, business plans and business models as needed and if necessary.

  • Determine what is a short-term goal
  • What is an intermediate goal?
  • What does a long-term goal look like?
  • How to correctly measure your goals
