The COVID-19 - Coronavirus pandemic - will have a lasting impact on the state of the customer. Customers have lost loved ones, jobs, and businesses. Even when life has somewhat returned to normal, customers are still unsure of their emotions which can lead them to be difficult. During this training you will learn how to acknowledge and cope with a difficult customer without losing business. We will show you how to know your customer’s comfort levels so you can put your best business foot forward.
