GO! LATINAS is still going strong! WESST is hosting the 6th Annual Go! Latinas Event. The event will be held virtually. We as women need support and inspiration with bouncing back from the pandemic. Once again, we are ready to encourage women to follow their dreams! This event is designed to inspire and identify the many resources available to motivate, guide and empower you as women, both personally and professionally.

She holds multiple certifications from University of Texas Arlington. Most recently getting her certificate for Specialized in Safety & Health (SSH) with emphasis in Oil & Gas Onshore, Driven by being a successful Latina woman in the oil and gas industry, she takes pride in providing the best customer service possible, in order for her clients to succeed. As a safety consultant in the oil & gas industry, her goals include helping small businesses succeed in safety, assisting small/minority businesses have a zero accident workplace, and running the office of mostly women. Outside of the office, Lilliana enjoys raising her son, volunteering her time to the community, and reading.
