Topic: Managing a Business

Feeling overwhelmed, drained, or just on edge?

You're not alone- and you do not have to stay there. Stress may be part of the entrepreneurial journey, but with the right tools you can feel empowered to meet it with greater clarity, control, and confidence.

In this energizing 90-minute session, you'll learn the critical differences between stress and stressors that often feel unavoidable. You'll also identify the business-related triggers that impact your energy and select research-backed techniques to manage stress- both in the moment and before a stressor hits.

Because running a small business is both deeply personal and demanding, this workshop offers practical tools to help entrepreneurs feel more centered, energized, and in control.

You'll walk away with:

  • Awareness of common stress patterns and responses
  • Insight into business-related stressors that may be draining your energy
  • Strategies to manage stress before it builds - and how to reset when it does
  • Tools to strengthen your resilience and feel steady under pressure

Leave feeling more equipped, more energized, and more in control - no matter what the business day brings.
