Join us for an informative in-person training in collaboration with Sandoval Economic Alliance, the Small Business Development Center at CNM, and University of New Mexico Health Sciences Rio Rancho Campus. Located at 2600 College Blvd NE Rio Rancho, NM 87144.

Lunch will be provided by the UNM Health Sciences Rio Rancho Campus.

Marketing 101 for small business will teach you how to identify, satisfy, and retain customers.

In this workshop you will learn:

  • That understanding your target audience is essential in building your brand.
  • Developing a marketing strategy which includes using SMART goals and a clear value proposition or concise statement that summarizes the uniqueness and benefits of your product or service.
  • Choosing effective channels to reach potential customers.
  • Focus on creating a strong brand identity and consistent messaging across platforms to build trust and recognition.
  • Utilize cost effective strategies like social media, email marketing, and local partnerships to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Regularly analyze performance metrics to refine your approach and adapt to market changes.
