Marketing 101 for small business will teach you how to identify, satisfy, and retain customers.
In this workshop you will learn:
- That understanding your target audience is essential in building your brand.
- Developing a marketing strategy which includes using SMART goals and a clear value proposition or concise statement that summarizes the uniqueness and benefits of your product or service.
- Choosing effective channels to reach potential customers.
- Focus on creating a strong brand identity and consistent messaging across platforms to build trust and recognition.
- Utilize cost effective strategies like social media, email marketing, and local partnerships to maximize reach and engagement.
- Regularly analyze performance metrics to refine your approach and adapt to market changes.
