Join us for an informative in-person training in collaboration with Sandoval Economic Alliance, the Small Business Development Center at CNM, and University of New Mexico Health Sciences Rio Rancho Campus. Located at 2600 College Blvd NE Rio Rancho, NM 87144.
Lunch will be provided by the UNM Health Sciences Rio Rancho Campus.
Understanding your business cash flow is crucial for effective financial management and sustainable growth. A comprehensive understanding of your cash flow allows for informed decision-making and ensures more financial stability in your business.
During this in-person training, you will:
- Learn how to track and understand your cash flow to enhance the financial health of your business.
- Learn how to understand important budgeting concepts, and be able to implement savings for your company.
- Get an introduction to an excel based cash flow spreadsheet to assist you with capturing your current revenue and expenses to understand overall financial health of the business.
- Learn how to forecast your business revenue and expenses over the next year so that you can spot and prevent trouble before it happens.
