Google reviews provide you with feedback from your customers that can help your business improve its products or services. Online reviews can also help you build trust and credibility with potential customers. According to a survey by LocalBright, 81% of consumers used Google to evaluate local businesses in 2021.
To get the most out of reviews it is important for businesses to know the following:
