Time Management Tips β Maximizing Time
Description: One of the fundamental skills that most entrepreneurs struggle with is their ability to handle time effectively. Itβs time to make one of your 2022 goals a commitment to learning the tools and techniques that will improve your time management!
During this 90-minute evening session, participants will:
- Learn tools and techniques to stay focused on priorities
- Understanding how to effectively delegate, handle interruptions and prevent procrastination
- Improve overall project planning and project management skills
