RIO 2022 Managing Stress In The Workplace
Join us for this interactive workshop to learn effective ways to relieve and manage stress at work!
Stress is proven to have a negative impact on us physically, mentally, and psychologically. It is important to understand how stress at work affects the body so we can find ways to manage it effectively. This workshop will equip you with the tools you need to handle stress at work like a pro.
Topics will include:
- The way your body processes stress
- Top causes of stress in the workplace
- Techniques to manage stress in the workplace
- Stress management smart apps to help you reduce stress
The second half of our workshop will involve using some apps on your phone.
