  • Session Two: The Laws of Content is an overview of the various types of intellectual property that creative businesses may develop, own, and monetize. We will examine how to make these laws work for you, as well as the critical topics of avoiding infringement liability and defending against infringement by others. Victor Grafe III is a lawyer in New Mexico who helps entrepreneurs succeed in the legal aspects of running a business. He guides and represents business owners through a wide range of legal matters, including contracts, intellectual property, compliance, employment, and commercial litigation.

Prior to payment, If you are not a member at WESST, you will be directed to fill out a 2-minute registration form to reserve your spot at the event.
