RIO 2021 QuickBooks Online Intermediate 3-Part Series

Three Days of Training:
November 3rd, 4th and 5th - 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

In this QuickBooks Online (QBO) intermediate training course, you will have hands-on learning in your own QBO account and data. You will be shown a short overview of the software’s tools and resources, and then you will apply those lessons directly in your own QBO account. This is an in-person group class where all attendees will be learning together while working independently with a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor.

• Overview of software
• Link your financial account(s) to QBO
• Record Transactions
• Create Rules
• Review Sales features
• Review Expenses features
• Reconcile account(s)
• Review Reports
• Review other features/tools as applicable

Requirements for this course:

• Laptop
• QBO Business Account (Advanced, Plus, Essentials, or Simple Start)
• In Business 3 months or more
• Business financial account(s) set-up and in use
• Business financial account(s) login information and challenge questions
• Access to business financial account(s) statements
• Come to your first class with a list of questions and areas you need help with your QBO account
