Topic: Marketing and Sales

This class will focus on using market research to make smarter business decisions. The training explains that research reduces risk by helping you confirm assumptions before investing money, time, or resources. Clients learn how research reveals customer needs, pain points, behaviors, and buying patterns—and how it uncovers insights about competitors, pricing, trends, and gaps in the market. The session breaks down primary research (interviews, surveys, polls, focus groups) and secondary research (industry reports, competitor data, online sources) and explains when each method is appropriate. clients also explore how research helps refine hypotheses, define a target audience, and uncover opportunities for innovation or differentiation. The training emphasizes that research is not complicated: it simply requires curiosity, listening, and a structured approach to gathering and interpreting information that leads to clearer, more strategic choices.
