Kali Orozco, Owner of Kurves by Kali
Kali Orozco is an entrepreneur, beauty and wellness professional, and proud enrolled member of Ohkay Owingeh Pueblo. Rooted in both tradition and self-made ambition, she has built a business centered on transformation, confidence, and helping women reconnect with their sense of self. Through her work, Kali blends beauty, wellness, and empowerment while creating spaces that encourage women to feel seen, capable, and confident in who they are becoming. Her journey reflects resilience, identity, and the evolving experience of Native women stepping into leadership, visibility, and entrepreneurship on their own terms. Passionate about community, growth, and authentic connection, Kali continues to use her voice and platform to inspire women to embrace both where they come from and where they are meant to go.
Teena Redhorse, Founder and CEO of Redhorse Engineering
Redhorse Engineering is 100% Navajo-owned professional services and engineering firm focused on project delivery, project management, owner representation, technical advisory support, and professional development workshops for technical teams. With more than 20 years of experience across infrastructure, utilities, and high-compliance project environments, she brings a practical, delivery-focused perspective that bridges engineering, operations, stakeholder coordination, and leadership development. A licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and PMP-certified leader, Teena is passionate about helping technical teams deliver projects with clarity, alignment, and accountability while creating opportunities for growth within the engineering and construction industries. Through Redhorse Engineering and The Redhorse Perspective, she advocates for leadership development, mentorship, small business empowerment, and stronger community connections across the industry.
Monica Jojola serves as the President and CEO of Montech Inc. Founded by Monica in 2011, Montech is an award-winning Woman Owned Small Business and an American Indian Corporation that offers professional and technical support services for federal and state clients and commercial customers. Montech, an Albuquerque, New Mexico-based firm maintains a U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Department of Energy Facility Clearance. Montech, led by Monica Jojola, serves a large nationwide clientele and manages multi-year Federal Government contracts with full-time personnel in eighteen states. A proven leader in business, Jojola has more than 25-years of successful executive experience in federal contracting opportunities, including organizing manpower and dedicating resources for multi-million competitive federal contracts. Jojola’s company has been recognized as a “Fastest Growing Company” by the Albuquerque Business First, the “2024 Native American Business of the Year by the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce, and the recipient of the “2025 Rust Award for Excellence in Ethical Business Practice” by Central New Mexico Ethics in Business Awards.
Jojola’s other experiences include serving on The University of New Mexico Foundation Board of Directors (2026); Indian Pueblo Cultural Center Board of Directors (2026); Board of Directors for WESST (2026); and the Board of Directors for United Way of Central New Mexico. Jojola is a graduate from the University of New Mexico with a degree in Political Science and Communication & Journalism.
