Business fundamentals are the basic principles and processes that are essential for a business's success and growth. They provide a foundation for decision-making and operations and can help a business differentiate itself from competitors. Understanding business fundamentals can help a business implement strategies that yield long-term benefits. It can also help a business owner see how the quality of their business affects its quantity, such as its income and cash flow

The following business fundamental topics covered in this class will include:

  • Vision and mission
  • Strategy
  • Value proposition
  • Market analysis
  • Business model
  • Operations and processes
  • Financial management
  • Marketing and sales

This class is an introductory class and is designed for individuals that have a business idea or business concept or just starting a business.
