Topic: Cash Flow Management

Cash flow management means tracking the money coming in and going out of your business to ensure you have enough cash on hand to cover expenses, pay bills, and invest in growth. For beginners, it's all about understanding how sales, payments, and costs interact day-to-day—and making smart decisions to avoid running out of money.

Here’s the golden rule: profits don’t always equal cash. Even if you’re making sales, delays in payments or unexpected costs can cause trouble. Early focus on managing invoices, building up a cash buffer, and regularly reviewing your spending can make the difference between surviving and thriving.

Join us on Zoom Tuesday, August 19, 2025, beginning at 12 pm.
