Hiring great employees is only the beginning—keeping them is where the real challenge lies. In this session, small business owners will learn how to build a workplace culture that encourages loyalty, reduces turnover, and boosts employee satisfaction.

Participants will explore:

  • The top reasons employees leave—and how to prevent it
  • Strategies for creating a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Low-cost and high-impact ways to recognize and reward employees
  • The role of communication, feedback, and professional development in retention
  • How to conduct stay interviews and use feedback to improve retention
  • Building a retention plan tailored to your business size and industry

This session will empower you with practical tools to retain your top performers and create a workplace where people want to stay and grow.
