Participants will learn:

  • How to create effective job descriptions and interview questions
  • Legal do’s and don’ts during the hiring process
  • Onboarding best practices to set employees up for success
  • How to document performance issues and conduct progressive discipline
  • Legal and ethical considerations when terminating employment
  • How to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy

This session will equip you with the tools and knowledge to build a strong team while minimizing legal risks and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
