WNM 2025 Creating a Strong Digital Identity for the New Year

Are you trying to establish an online identity for your business to start off the new year with a plan and guidelines for your business. Do you feel you have no idea where to start building this identity as you prepare for 2024?

In this session you will learn how to establish digital imaging for your online identity, developing a plan of online customer service, to building engaging content for your audience to connect.

We will explore different digital tools to help any potential micro-business owner to start developing their marketing toolkit for a professional online presence.
