WNM 2025 Cash Flow Boot Camp: Session 1

Feb

2025
Mon, Feb 17 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM
Topic: Cash Flow Management

What does cash flow mean?

Cash flow is the movement of money in and out of a business, showing how much cash is generated and used over a specific period. Cash flow measures how much cash your business takes in versus how much it expends. More cash coming in than going out means the cash flow is positive.

Join us for a two-part boot camp on cash flow management held on February 17, 2025 and February 24, 2025 via Zoom.

We will cover the following topics in this boot camp:

Session I

  • Creating your business budget
  • Learning your breakeven point
  • Setting up a cash flow projection

Session II

  • Tracking your finances
  • Creating your P&L statement
  • Reconciling your cash flow
  • Creating cash flow strategies
