Customer personas are semi-fictional profiles of a company's ideal customers, based on research and data. They help marketers understand their target audience's needs and behaviors, and how to reach them. Customer personas are also known as buyer personas, marketing personas, audience personas, or target personas.
To get started with customer personas, begin by gathering existing customer data, identifying key demographics, and researching their needs, pain points, and motivations to create a detailed profile representing your ideal customer; this profile will act as a guide to tailor your marketing and product development strategies to better resonate with your target audience.
