A well-crafted business plan is the foundation of any successful company. If you want to start a business, writing a business plan is necessary to define the goals of the business you intend to create. A good business plan will help you to build an effective and appropriate marketing strategy, but that is just the start. A business plan is a document that describes the products or services the business will offer, and how it will earn its money. It describes the style, type, and organization of the leadership that runs the business, its operating model, staffing, financing, and numerous other details about the proposed business. Taking this description into consideration, it is easy to see why a business plan is important.

Join us for a two (2) part virtual series as we take a look at the most common business plan components:

Business Plan I on Thursday, January 16, 2025 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am will cover the following topics:

  • Business type and description
  • Product or service offered
  • Unique value proposition
  • Market analysis and market demand

Business Planning II on Friday, January 17, 2025 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am will cover the following topics

  • Staffing type and structure
  • Business operations
  • Critical risks
  • Financing model
  • Future goals
