Gone are the days of only relying on in person customer interactions. Using the internet has become a bigger and important way to reach your customers and see what your competitors are doing. This can begin with making it easy for your customers to contact you or just understanding what your customer wants. Join us as we share how and when to have the best interaction with your customers to ensure they return and share an enjoyable experience.
