Have you heard of the 5 C’s of Social Media Marketing?

Many small business owners use social media in many different ways. This could be that a business is concerned about what people are saying about its brand would monitor social media conversations and response to relevant mentions; or a business that wants to understand how it’s performing on social media would analyze its reach, engagement, and sales on social media with an analytics tool; and a business that wants to reach a specific set of audience at scale would run highly-targeted social media ads. These are a few examples of how using the 5 C’s of social media as a management and marketing tool to help you achieve success and grow your business.

This class is an advanced level class.

This class is geared towards people that are skilled with social media and currently use social media for business functions on a regular basis.
