Wed 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Topic: Marketing and Sales

What is market research? Market research is the action or activity of gathering information about market needs and preferences. This affects every aspect of the business – including brand, product, customer service, marketing and sales. How we target audiences has grown increasingly sophisticated (and targeted), and with it, so has the need to understand these audiences in greater detail. In this class you will learn how to do market research and when to use it.

This is an advanced marketing course and will require intermediate knowledge of marketing concepts.
