Many small business owners decide to set up an LLC for the liability protection it provides. LLCs are generally easier to set up and more flexible than corporations, and they tend to have fewer ongoing reporting requirements. Join us for a two-part series and learn the steps it takes to obtain an LLC.

This workshop will provide very basic information to get you started. Part one we will learn about what an LLC is and how it works. In part two you will learn how to file and obtain your LLC. Join us and learn if an LLC is the right option for you.

Reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities and language assistance services are available for limited English proficient individuals. Please notify Holly Patterson at hpatterson@wesst.org when you register for the class, or no later than 24 hours prior to your class, so that WESST can make sure necessary accommodations are available. All programs and services are provided to the public on a nondiscriminatory basis.
