As the crisis continues to upend lives, small businesses are struggling to understand its full impact on their businesses and how best to respond.  Navigating the crisis now, planning for the recovery, and leading the next normal goes beyond marketing and sales. Creating strong strategies that will reignite your sales and make your business more resilient beyond COVID-19. In this class you will learn to:

  • Assess your sales forecast
  • Re-evaluate your go-to marketing strategy
  • Optimize your sales territory
  • Upgrade your sales motion
  • Measure and readjust
