MBDA 2026 – Business Training Series

This five-session business training series is designed to introduce prospective and existing small business owners to the core tools needed to build a sustainable business. Sessions may be taken as a full series or individually, depending on your needs.

The series walks participants through the fundamentals of business planning, pricing, marketing, and capital readiness with an emphasis on practical application. Each session builds on the previous one, helping entrepreneurs better understand how the different parts of their business fit together.

Session 3: Building a Simple Marketing Plan

This session introduces the purpose and value of a marketing plan, helping you understand how it supports your business goals. Participants will learn how to identify and prioritize a small number of practical marketing activities that align with their business needs and capacity. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a simple, realistic marketing plan you can confidently put into action.

Last session: October 7, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM | Getting Loan Ready
