People like to see who they’re working with. This session explores how video builds trust, credibility, and connection faster than text alone. Participants will learn simple, low-pressure ways to use video on websites and social media, with a touch of AI assistance to make the process easier. The workshop also helps participants develop authentic, easy-to-create video ideas that feel natural and engaging.

This session is a part of the Marketing Essentials for Small Businesses training series which covers essential topics including marketing strategy, branding, websites, and e-commerce, providing small business owners with practical tools to increase visibility, attract customers, and support business growth.
