This session explains search in plain language. We cover how Google works at a basic level, why words and location matter, and what SEO really means. We also explain how AI is changing how people search and what still matters. The workshop helps participants identify simple steps to improve visibility.

This session is a part of the Marketing Essentials for Small Businesses training series which covers essential topics including marketing strategy, branding, websites, and e-commerce, providing small business owners with practical tools to increase visibility, attract customers, and support business growth.
