This five-session Introduction to Power Tools series is designed to introduce prospective and existing small business owners to the core tools needed to build a sustainable business. Sessions may be taken as a full series or individually, depending on your needs.
The series walks participants through the fundamentals of business planning, pricing, financial tracking, and marketing, with an emphasis on practical application. Each session builds on the previous one, helping entrepreneurs better understand how the different parts of their business fit together.
Session 1: Business Model Canvas
This first session focuses on the Business Model Canvas as a starting point for business planning. Participants will learn how to clearly define their value proposition, target customers, revenue streams, and key operations. This session lays the foundation for the rest of the series and helps entrepreneurs clarify and strengthen their business concept.

Participants will gain practical tools and guidance they can immediately apply to their business and use to strengthen or refine a realistic business plan.
