Strategic Networking: Building Relationships to Boost Sales and Business Growth

This interactive session will empower participants with the skills and strategies needed to effectively leverage networking for business growth. Participants will learn to approach networking with purpose, enhance their follow-up techniques, and build relationships that drive increased sales leads and long-term success.

Learning Objectives:

• Understand how to identify networking events and situations that align with their sales and business growth goals.
• Develop a clear and personalized plan for networking effectively.
• Learn techniques to maintain and nurture relationships post-networking, turning connections into potential clients or collaborators.
• Gain tools to evaluate the success of networking efforts and refine their strategies for continuous improvement.
