Have you ever been in a meeting with your accountant unsure of what the financial terms mean or not sure what to ask? If so, you’re not alone. Now more than ever it is imperative you understand the most important financial tools that will help your business succeed. Your financial statements tell a story about your business – do you know how that story gets written? This 3-sessions workshop will show you how financial statements are built, how to know the difference between profitability and liquidity (and why it matters) and provide tools for pricing for profit.
