PRINCIPLES OF SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

HOW TO REACH CUSTOMERS IN TIMES OF SOCIAL DISTANCING

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, small businesses need more than ever to find ways to connect with their customer base outside of traditional, time-honored channels. If your business has typically functioned with a normal mix of in-person connection, event marketing, on-site sales promotions, etc. then social media marketing has probably just been the icing on the cake in your overall marketing landscape. Recent events have necessitated more than ever a fresh, new look at the world of social media marketing.

Workshop topics will include:

• The essential channels and which are the right ones for your target market

• Social Media Calendaring

• Special attention to Facebook & Instagram

• And more!

Join us as you consider how responding to the new world of conducting business in the era of social distancing can be enhanced through social media marketing.
