Attendees are presented the basics of small business and then coached to use their new knowledge to write or improve a comprehensive, realistic business plan.

Topics Include: Business Model Canvas, Customer Discovery, Break-even Analysis, T Accounts, Cash Flow Projections, Intro to Marketing, Building a Brand, Marketing in Action, Ask the Experts / Goal Setting
