No one has time to waste "taking care of business". Things are moving fast that if you close your eyes too long, you will miss something. In the effort to make things simpler; technology, society, and cultural and interventions seem to have made life more complicated. Even small business owners, their clients, and employees are feeling the squeeze.

In this 1.5 hour Zoom session you will learn:

  • Getting to "Why" in business; deductively.
  • How to make the right decisions for the right time.
  • When to stop, go, and wait on a business move.
