Business Classification Structure

Fee: $10

Have you chosen the best business structure for your small business? A business structure is a legal representation of the organization for a company. It defines who owns a company and how the business distributes its profits. When beginning a business, you must decide what form of business entity to establish.

In this 1.5-hour seminar, you will learn:

  • The five most common forms of business structures
  • How to decide the best one to fit your needs
  • Learn the tax requirements from each structure

Reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities and language assistance services are available for limited English proficient individuals. Please notify Sylvia Garcia at 575-624-9850 when you register for the class, or no later than 24 hours prior to your class, so that WESST can make sure necessary accommodations are available. All programs and services are provided to the public on a nondiscriminatory basis.
