In a culture where being social and outgoing are prized above all else, it can be difficult to navigate as an introvert. But, lets make no mistake in understanding that introverts bring extraordinary talents and abilities to the world, and should be encouraged and celebrated.

- Lose self-consciousness by focusing on serving others
- Initiating discussions with empathy and interest
