You need tools and techniques to support you in resolving conflicts of any kind. During this 90 minute workshop, participants will:
- Learn techniques to handle emotional triggers
- Learn how to turn a difficult customer into a loyal customer
- Develop communication skills to keep customer interactions focused and productive
- Improve their emotional intelligence skills
- Become skilled at turning a difficult situation around
