Your Ability To Handle Difficult People And Situations Is Critical

You need tools and techniques to support you in resolving conflicts of any kind. During this 90 minute workshop, participants will:

  • Learn techniques to handle emotional triggers
  • Learn how to turn a difficult customer into a loyal customer
  • Develop communication skills to keep customer interactions focused and productive
  • Improve their emotional intelligence skills
  • Become skilled at turning a difficult situation around
