Some changes were forced on us; causing many small businesses to change their course of action and pivot with innovation and creativity to keep the doors open. There’s been a reset of the workforce and work itself, a reset of the employer/employee relationship and a reset of the business ecosystem. For most, the business impact of the pandemic has been negative; for some, positive. Now is the time to reset your business strategies to move to a plan of recovery.
