POWER TOOLS FOR YOUR BUSINESS- A WORKING GROUP FOR ENTREPRENEURS

Thursdays, September 16th through November 11th, 12:00pm - 2:00pm

Online and virtual training – hosted by WESST - Albuquerque Women’s Business Center

This class is designed as a “mini-MBA” to introduce prospective and current small business owners to the basics of running a small business. With the advent of the COVID-19 Pandemic, New Mexicans are re-examining their lives and starting businesses at an increased rate.

Similarly, existing businesses are "re-learning" their markets in light of the profound changes the world has seen. Please join us to learn the building blocks of small business and to gain insightful knowledge for the future that lies ahead for all of us.

Attendees are presented the basics of small business and then coached to use their new knowledge to write or improve a comprehensive, realistic business plan.

Topics Include: Business Model Canvas, Customer Discovery, Break-even Analysis, T Accounts, Cash Flow Projections, Intro to Marketing, Building a Brand, Marketing in Action, Ask the Experts / Goal Setting
