Tue 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Topic: Managing a Business

Do you ever wonder if it is danger or if it is opportunity that lies ahead? Will I survive? Is it true that “this too shall pass”?

As human beings, there is our own reaction to Change. As Employers/Managers, we need to understand how we navigate ourselves and our employees with compassion through these changing times.

During this time of self-reflection, this program will help you to identify what is important to you (in your work, in your life) and how to move forward as we emerge from the nightmare of the COVID pandemic and discover our "new normal".

Learning Objectives:

  • Discover the human reactions to change
  • Identify where are you in the Cycle of Change during this pandemic (Doldrums, Cocooning, Exploring, Engaged)
  • Distinguish what do you need to hold on to, let go of, and/or take on

Reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities and language assistance services are available for limited English proficient individuals. Please notify Rita Veleta RVeleta@wesst.org when you register for the class, or no later than 24 hours prior to your class, so that WESST can make sure necessary accommodations are available.
